This low calorie meal provides 350 kcal and is designed for a single person. One can have this as a weight-loss thali as well. This kind of low calorie meal is a more practical approach to continue a long term weight loss journey rather than having a fancy diet.Â
This low calorie meal consists of high protein chilla made with green gram (moong dal), French bean curry and raita (Condiment). This meal is one of the most straightforward meals that may provide variety to your bland weight loss diet. Even if you are not on a weight loss diet, this is a treat for your taste buds.

Directions
French beans curry

Wash and Chop French beans.

Take a pan to add ½ tsp oil.

Chop French beans; add salt, turmeric powder, and little water.

Cover it and cook for 10 min.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Our low calorie vegetable curry, French beans curry, is ready to serve.

Cooking process for Raita (Condiment)

Take a bowl, add curd, grated cucumber, coriander leaves, salt, chilli flakes mix well. Our healthy raita is ready to serve.

Cooking process High Protein chilla (moong dal chilla)

Wash and add enough water and soak mung dal for 4 hours.

Add soaked mung dal, green chilli, chopped ginger, bottle gourd, and chopped coriander leaves in a mixer grinder, and grind it as a fine paste.

Add finely chopped onion, capsicum, coriander leaves, salt, chilli flakes and mix well.
We can make three mung dal chilla from this batter.
Heat the pan grease it with little oil.

Take two spoons of the batter, spread it on a flat pan, cook it on both sides.
Our high protein chilla is ready to serve.
